My name is Vsevolod.
I started my career in woodworking 25 years ago in furniture companies, developing and making carved elements for interiors. I inherited my passion for woodworking from my father. Wanting to improve my skills, I entered the Faculty of Architecture in Kyiv and then continued my studies in private studios, where I mastered the techniques of drawing and sculpture.
Ten years ago, I became interested in shibari, its aesthetics and history, the masters who stood at the origins. All the details of the process of interaction with a partner are especially important to me, both emotions and aesthetics. Here, my skills in design and working with wood helped me. This is how wooden rings for suspensions with a steel frame appeared. At first, these were simple forms, but in the process of working with requests from different riggers, many options appeared that allow me to create exactly the ring configuration that will take into account tying style and wishes of a particular master.
At the moment, I have made and sent hundreds of rings all over the world. New requests from riggers together with my own ideas provide the dynamic development of my skills, expanding the choice of techniques and materials.
